Parents' & Guardians' Night

19th February & 5th March 2010

Parents and guardians are warmly invited to join their Exeter students at an event in College hosted by the Rector. The evening will include a drinks reception and a dinner in Hall. Those attending are also welcome at Choral Evensong beforehand. This will be an excellent opportunity to meet other parents and guardians and to visit College during Term.

Event Details and Schedule

Date: Friday 19th February & Friday 5th March 2010

6.15pm: Choral Evensong in the Chapel
6.50pm: Drinks in the Rector's Lodgings
7.30pm: Dinner in Hall

Cost: £30 per adult; £10 per Exeter student
Dress: Smart casual

This event is open to parents and guardians and their children at Exeter. Due to the size of the Hall, we must limit guest tickets to four per student. Additionally, as per College policy, those attending evening events in the Hall must be 18 years of age or older.

As this is the first year we are holding this event, we were unable to anticipate the level of interest. We are limited by the physical space in Hall, and places filled very quickly. We realise that we were unable to accommodate everyone, even with a second dinner, and we hope that those who did not get a place will be able to join us next year.
