Planned Giving

Many American Old Members and Friends have long wanted to support Exeter College by making a substantial gift in their lifetime. For many, this is not possible as they must make provision for family members and other charities they support. Now, through Oxford Planned Giving, this is becoming a possibility.

Two years ago, the University and 34 of the Colleges, including Exeter, joined together to form a planned giving consortium. Oxford Planned Giving helps Old Members and Friends of Exeter resident in the United States to make a much more substantial gift to the College and other charities than they thought possible. These gifts have significant tax advantages and can also provide an income stream for you and/or your loved ones. Planned Giving professionals are available to work closely and confidentially with you, your attorney, and other financial advisors, to create a gift that addresses your financial needs and that is tailored to your interest in supporting Exeter College.

Planned Gifts Include:

  • Bequests
  • Life Income Vehicles
  • Charitable Lead Trusts
  • Donor Advised Funds
