Governing Body
The Governing Body of the College comprises the Rector and Fellows. In accordance with the College's Statutes, the Governing Body is responsible for the administration and management of the College's affairs. It is responsible for ensuring that there is an effective system of internal control and that accounting records are properly kept. It is required to present audited financial statements for each financial year, prepared in accordance with the Statutes of the University.
It meets regularly under the chairmanship of the Rector and is advised by a range of committees.
