Meeting Rooms

The College has a variety of public rooms, as detailed below. Audio-visual equipment as specified below is available in each individual room. All rooms are networked, and for an extra charge we shall be happy to provide additional IT facilities, PA system, video projector, display boards and floral decorations.
The William Morris Room makes an ideal conference office or syndicate room, houses a number of Burne-Jones drawings, and tapestries by William Morris. The Saskatchwewan Lecture Theatre is a fully air-conditioned lecture theatre and seats up to 140 people. The neighbouring Quarrell Room, provides a distinctive and agreeable space for 30-40 people seated in either lecture or seminar format, and the Stapeldon Room, with its pictures of the College's distinguished rowing history, provides similar facilities for up to 40. The Junior Common Room is a comfortable spot for relaxation, and can be used for receptions or as another seminar room. Additional seminar rooms for groups can also be arranged within College.
We very much regret that, due to the historic nature of the College buildings (most of which are listed Grade 1), those with mobility problems may have difficulty accessing meeting rooms. Please note that smoking is not permitted in College rooms.
