Wireless Access

Exeter College provides Wireless access in communal areas throughout Turl Street and Iffley Road; including the Library, Balsdon Room, JCR and MCR.
The College distributes the Eduroam and OWL wireless services. You will need to register for a Remote Access Account to utilise either of the systems and each is set up and operates differently.

Eduroam
Eduroam is the principle wireless network in Oxford. It is an international system that allows users to obtain Internet Connectivity within Oxford University departments and Colleges and other participating institutions using the Remote Services Account details. Once Eduroam is correctly configured and you are in range of the Eduroam signal you will obtain Internet access. Instructions on configuring Eduroam can be found via the following links.

OWL
OWL is a wireless service for both University members and Visitors that is provided throughout the Collegiate University.
University members will need to use the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client and their Remote Access Account details to achieve a connection, where as Visitors will need to obtain Visitor Login credentials.
