The purpose of this feedback is to help tutors in the form and content of their teaching. We would like all students taking tutorials with tutors within or outside of Exeter College to complete this form in week 7 or 8 of each term.

This web form is sent to the Academic Dean. Your name will be seen only by the Academic Dean. Your comments will be forwarded, ANONYMOUSLY, to the tutor who directs your studies in the subject area concerned (whether or not that is the tutor on whom you are commenting).
