Dr Michael Hart is tutor in Politics at Exeter. He read his first degree (History) at Cambridge and came to Oxford to research for his doctorate. He teaches and lectures on twentieth-century Britain, both political and social. He also teaches international relations at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Amongst recent doctoral theses which he has supervised are those on Modern British Politics, Southern Africa and themes associated with nationalism.
