Undergraduate accommodation

All first year undergraduates live on the College’s historic Turl Street site. In subsequent years, students choose between continuing to live on Turl Street, the new Cohen Quad in fashionable Jericho, sharing college-owned houses, or ‘living out’ in privately rented accommodation. The college guarantees its students three years of accommodation. Students on four-year courses may be able to be accommodated for a fourth year, subject to availability.

Graduate accommodation

Up to 84 newly-admitted full-time graduate students can be accommodated at Exeter House on the Iffley Road in vibrant East Oxford. Rooms are not guaranteed, however, and will be offered on a first-come first-served basis. At Exeter House a choice of accommodation is available including: studio flats, en-suite study-bedrooms arranged in clusters as flats with a shared kitchen, and one- or two-bedroom flats (for which priority is given to students who have a partner and/or a family).
