COVID Catering Arrangements for Staff

We have adapted our service to ensure you still receive the expected high level of quality and service, we want you to return with the knowledge and confidence that we are working hard to ensure the safety of our team and you.

Enhanced Safety, Cleaning and Personal Hygiene Measures:

  • We have introduced hand sanitizing stations at key points on both sites.
  • Our already rigorous cleaning protocols have been reviewed and enhanced, and our colleagues have received additional training and essential PPE to ensure their own wellbeing as well as yours.
  • Face Coverings are still welcomed when queuing.
  • We ask you to dispose of all rubbish personally at the waste stations provided.
  • Water Coolers have had foot controls or cup push lips installed to reduce any risk of cross contamination.
  • All surfaces within catering areas will be regularly sanitised and the Dining Hall, Dakota CafĂ© and Marque will be deep cleaned at the end of each dining session.
  • A cashless payment system will be in place at both sites.
  • We encourage you to take your food and dine at the outside seating in the Fellows Garden, Front Quad Bar and North Quad.
