Williams-Exeter Programme at Oxford (WEPO)

Just as WEPO students are considered full-fledged students during their time at Exeter, the College also sees WEPO alumni as members of our Old Member community. From the day you leave Exeter to return for your final year at Williams, you are officially an Old Member and entitled to all the same benefits as other Old Members who have undertaken undergraduate or graduate degree programmes here.

Publications

As an Old Member, you will always receive copies of our publications:

  • Exon - this is our alumni magazine which comes out once a year, usually in September
  • The Register - our annual review of the College's life usually sent out in December
  • The Donors' Report - our annual financial review with a focus on our philanthropic income and its disbursement

In addition we have a quarterly e-bulletin, Exeter Matters, which always features an article from the Rector, College news updates and notices of forthcoming events.

Events

You are also very warmly welcome to attend all of our alumni events such as

  • Gaudy Reunions - these are held every 5-7 years for 2-3 year groups at a time
  • Networking Events - these are held around the world and usually focus on a particular subject or region e.g. our annual London City Drinks for all in business (and the NYC equivalent) or a lunch in LA when the Rector is in town
  • Subject Events - these are held in Oxford for Law, Physics, PPE etc and are an opportunity to come back to the UK and see your tutors

Accommodation

Old Members book a room in College a discounted rate of £47.00 per person per night. Normally, bookings can be taken only out of Full Term, and availability will depend on other residential bookings.
