Professor Elizabeth Eva Leach

Professor Leach is University Lecturer in Music and a Fellow of St Hugh’s College. Her main specialism is the music and poetry of medieval France. At undergraduate level, however, she teaches al periods of music history, tonal and pre-tonal music analysis, and related issues in critical musicology (with a particular focus on opera).

Professor Leach also teaches Historical Musciology at Masters level and supervises DPhil students working on late-medieval song.
