Adale has worked in several college fundraising offices across Oxford over the last ten years, before joining Exeter in 2019 she enjoyed stints at both Balliol (2016-17) and St John’s (2017-19). Alongside her role as Campaign Director here at Exeter, Adale is also undertaking a PhD in Philanthropic Studies at the University of Kent, her research focuses on what motivates alumni to leave gifts in their wills to their alma mater.
