Amy Sackville (2002, English Studies) publishes second novel
Exonian Amy Sackville (2002, English Studies) has just published her second novel, Orkney.
The novel features a curiously-matched couple on their honeymoon. The husband realises how little he knows about his new bride and yet, as the days go by and his mind turns obsessively upon the woman who has so beguiled him, she seems to slip ever further from his grasp.
The book has received glowing reviews, with The Telegraph describing it as ‘impressive, intense and daring’.
Amy Sackville’s first book was the highly acclaimed The Still Point.
