Architect of Walton Street development named one of Britain’s 500 most influential people by Debrett’s

Alison Brooks, the architect in Exeter’s Walton Street development, has recently been named one of Britain’s 500 most influential people by Debrett’s and The Sunday Times, amongst other big names in the world of architecture.

Alison Brooks founded Alison Brooks Architects Ltd in 1996. The firm is the first British architectural practice to have won the UK’s three most illustrious awards for architecture: the Stirling Prize, the Master Medal and the Stephen Lawrence Prize.

Alison Brooks won both the Housing Architect of the Year and Architect of the Year Gold Award in 2012, as well as the AJ Women Architect of the Year Award in 2013. Debrett’s have called her “a powerful force in British architecture”. For more information, please click here.
