Dr James Grant publishes The Critical Imagination

Fellow in Philosophy Dr James Grant has published a book entitled The Critical Imagination (OUP). The book provides new theories about the nature of art criticism, about what creativity is, and about how we understand metaphors. It then brings these themes together by providing an account of the role of metaphor and of creativity in art criticism.
