Dr James Grant’s iTunes U podcasts reach 200,000 downloads

Podcasts of the Aesthetics and Philosophy of Art lectures delivered by Exeter Fellow in Philosophy Dr James Grant have been downloaded from the iTunes U site over 200,000 times.

iTunes U features free downloadable audio and video material provided by universities and accessed through the “iTunes U” section of the Apple iTunes store.

Eight of Dr Grant’s lectures are available on the iTunes U site here. Since being made available in March 2011 the podcasts have been downloaded an extraordinary 203,000 times. It is a wonderful example of an Exeter fellow’s research and teaching being made available to an audience well beyond the College’s quadrangles.
