Dr Joanna Dunkley “next big name in physics”

Dr Joanna Dunkley, Fellow in Physics, has been named one of the next big names in physics by the Financial Times.

Dr Dunkley is one of 10 physicists highlighted by the Financial Times for the promising work they are undertaking. The FT drew attention to Dr Dunkley’s work with WMAP, which has increased our understanding of what the Universe was like in the first moments after the big bang, and to the Maxwell Medal that she won earlier this year.
