Dr Sean Riley (1974, International Relations) made a member of the Order of Canada

Dr Sean Riley (1974, International Relations) has been made a member of the Order of Canada for his contributions to Canada as an academic, business and community leader.

Dr Riley is the president and vice-chancellor of St Francis Xavier University where he has spearheaded the school’s revitalisation by enhancing academic programmes, funding campus renewal, and promoting The Coady International Institute, a world-renowned centre for community-based development.
