Emeritus Fellow in German Helen Watanabe-O’Kelly to receive honorary degree

Congratulations to Exeter Emeritus Fellow in German Helen Watanabe-O’Kelly who will receive an honorary degree from the National University of Ireland in December of this year.

Professor Watanabe-O’Kelly will be awarded a DLitt for her contribution to the study of German literature and culture.

The National University of Ireland will confer honorary degrees to six people who have made exceptional contributions in their respective fields on 1 December 2016.
