Emeritus Fellow to talk at the Hay Festival

Exeter Emeritus Fellow in Physics, Frank Close, will be talking at the Hay Festival in May 2013.

The particle physicist will explore the science and the history of the elusive void: from Aristotle, who insisted that the vacuum was impossible, via the theories of Newton and Einstein, to the very latest discoveries and why they can tell us extraordinary things about the cosmos.
