Exeter College Chapel Choir named David Mellor’s “Young Artist to Watch” on Classic FM

Exeter College Chapel Choir were named David Mellor’s “Young Artist to Watch” last week on Classic FM.

The Choir’s new CD received its latest radio broadcast on 7 June on the New Releases Show, with David Mellor playing the track “Dear Lord and Father of Mankind” by Sir Hubert Parry.

Mr Mellor praised the “attractive programme” and “fine recording” which he said “sounds very well”, commenting in particular on the excellent acoustics and recorded sound.
