Exeter students win Earth Sciences prizes

Congratulations to Exeter Earth Sciences students James Collins (2012), William Hardy (2013), and Andrew Heard (2012) who all received prizes for their academic performance this month.

James Collins received the Gibbs Prize for Best Third Year Final Honours School field mapping report; William Hardy was awarded the Shell Prize for Geochemistry as the best third year geochemistry student in the University; and Andrew Heard won the Shell Prize for Best Overall Performance in Fourth Year at Final Honours School.

This is the fourth time in five years that an Exeter student has won the Gibbs Prize.

The College would like to congratulate them all on such excellent performance.
