Exonian named “Lawyer of the Week” in The Times

Exonian Raza Halim (2001, English) has been named “Lawyer of the Week” by Linda Tsang in The Times.

Mr Halim, of Garden Court Chambers, acted in urgent judicial review proceedings before the High Court to obtain the release of a 16-year-old Syrian refugee who had been detained by the Home Office for a month in a detention centre for adults.
