Exonian to raise funds for the University of Oxford China Centre
Chris Drake (1975, Jurisprudence) will walk the Yading “Kora” Trek in the Chinese province of Sichuan this September to raise money for the University of Oxford China Centre.
The trek takes seven days and traverses some of the most spectacular scenery in the world. It includes circumambulating three sacred 6,000-metre peaks with the highest mountain pass being 4,700 metres.
In 2013 Mr Drake climbed Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for Exeter College.
