Frances Cairncross named ‘Inspirational Woman’ by Brummell Magazine

Brummell magazine has named the Rector of Exeter College, Frances Cairncross, as one of its ‘inspirational women’.

The magazine picked out the Rector’s 20 years at The Economist, her time writing an economic column and the Women’s page at The Guardian, her fund-raising activity with Exeter, and her book writing, notably The Death of Distance, as points of inspiration.
