North America Travel Scholar prepares for journey of a lifetime

This year’s North America Travel Scholar, Aideen Carroll (2009, Medical Sciences), is preparing to fly to America to research mental health provision and treatment in the USA and Canada.

Aideen will use the scholarship from Exeter College to fund her trip around North America, often staying with or meeting Exeter alumni as she travels. During the trip she will take opportunities to explore mental health provision and treatment in the USA and Canada. Aideen’s itinerary includes visits to Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, Merced, San Francisco, Portland, Vancouver and Toronto between 20 August and 20 September 2014.
