Old Member’s thesis to be published by Oxford University Press

The thesis of Dr Robert Wagstaff (2002, Law) is going to be published by Oxford University Press. The thesis will be published under the title Terror Detentions and the Rule of Law: US & UK Experiences.

The thesis was completed in 2010 and so Dr Wagstaff is now updating it to reflect events over the past two years.
