Dame Frances Cairncross, MA (Econ) Brown, MA Oxf, DBE, FRSE
Frances Cairncross is a British economist, academic and journalist. She worked for The Times, The Observer and The Economist during her career. She was the Rector of Exeter College from 2004 to 2014. Cairncross became an honorary fellow of Exeter College in 2014.
