Professor Sir Ivor Crewe, DL, MSc (Econ) Lond, MA Oxf, DLitt Salf
Sir Ivor Crewe was master of University College, Oxford from 2008 to 2020. Between 1973 and 1981 he served as the co-director of the British Election Study. He has written on British politics, including: SDP: The Social and Democratic Party 1981-1987 (OUP, 1995) and The Blunders of our Governments (OneWorld, 2013), both in collaboration with Anthony King. He studied PPE at Exeter College and was made an Honorary Fellow in 1998.
