Josh is the Junior Organ Scholar at Exeter College and is in his first year at the university, reading Music.
Growing up in Cambridge, he was a chorister in the Choir of King’s College, Cambridge, and began learning the organ at 11 with Nigel Kerry at King’s College School. He continued his organ studies at Eton College as a Music Scholar before returning to Cambridge for sixth-form at Hills Road Sixth Form College, achieving 145/150 in his ABRSM Grade 8 Organ. During this time, he held the Conducting Scholarship and Choral Scholarship at the Church of Our Lady and English Martyrs. After a gap year position as Organ Scholar of Sherborne Abbey and Sherborne Boys, he is excited to see what his time at Exeter will bring him.
