The Hon Mr Justice (Kenneth) Hayne AC, QC, LLB Melbourne, BA, BCL Oxf
Mr Justice Hayne is a former Judge of the High Court of Australia, who served between 1997 and 2015. During this time he participated in judgements on issues such as voting rights and the detention of stateless persons. Before being appointed to the High Court of Australia, he sat on the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria from 1995 to 1997.
He studied at Exeter College, graduating with a Bachelor of Civil Law. He was made an Honorary Fellow of the College in 2005.
