Professor Elizabeth Eva Leach elected a Fellow of the British Academy

Professor Elizabeth Eva Leach, Exeter’s Stipendiary Lecturer in Music, has been elected a Fellow of the British Academy. She was among 66 new Fellows to be elected to the Academy earlier this month.

Professor Leach’s specialisms include the history, theory, and analysis of thirteenth- and fourteenth-century music; music and French poetry in the same period; and themes of love, violence, gender, and sexuality. You can read her blog here.
