Professor Karin Sigloch awarded Philip Leverhulme Prize

Congratulations to Professor Karin Sigloch, Fellow in Earth Sciences, who has been awarded a Philip Leverhulme Prize.

The Philip Leverhulme Prize is awarded by the Leverhulme Trust to recognise the achievement of outstanding researchers whose work has already attracted international recognition and whose future career is exceptionally promising.

Professor Sigloch received the award for her research using seismic tomography to study the structure of the earth’s interior in order to understand its heat and material flows.
