Rector leaves West Country and readies for Wiltshire

Rector Frances Cairncross has now walked through Devon and Somerset and is taking a well-earned rest day before entering Wiltshire tomorrow.

The Rector has continued to make good progress through the West Country, despite variable weather and some difficult walking conditions.

She will leave Trudoxhill on Friday morning and commence her trek through Wiltshire, visiting the locks along the Kennet and Avon canal and the Avebury Stones before Monday. So far, the Rector has raised £10,850 for the Richard Sandbrook Scholarships.
