Sir Sydney Kentridge (1946, Jurisprudence) was interviewed for the long-running BBC radio programme Desert Island Discs recently.

Sir Sydney’s music choices included Ella Fitzgerald, Mozart and Schubert. His luxury item was an endless supply of coffee plus coffee machine, and the book he would choose to have with him on a desert island was P G Wodehouse’s Jeeves Omnibus.
