Two Exonians elected to Singapore Parliament

Two Exonians have been elected to the Singapore Parliament in the country’s elections held in September 2015. Ms Sim Ann (1994, PPE) has been re-elected and Mr Leon Perera (1989, PPE) becomes an MP for the first time.

The two Exonians are on opposite sides of the house. Ms Sim Ann is a Minister of State within the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Communications and Information. Mr Leon Perera represents the opposition party, the Worker’s Party.
