Walton Street redevelopment ‘excellent’, says Jericho community leader

Exeter College’s plans to redevelop the Ruskin College site on Walton Street are an ‘excellent use of the building’, according to a Jericho community leader.

The College’s plans to redevelop the site, created by award winning architectural practice Alison Brooks Architects, were displayed at the Walton Street premises in April. Afterwards Paul Hornby, of the Jericho Community Association, said: ‘We have got no objection to the size and context of it.’

He also praised Exeter College’s team of developers, who he said ‘have been very helpful and forthcoming.’
