STARTER
Cured trout fillet, cucumber, dill and smoked curd cheese dressing charred lemon
OR
Plant-based fish fillet, cucumber, dill and smoked curd cheese dressing charred lemon (V)
SECOND COURSE
Chilled English asparagus soup, pearl barley, pea shoots (V)
MAIN
Spatchcock poussin braised in sherry and morels with wild garlic and summer pea champ, grilled hispi cabbage
OR
Butterbean, tofu, vegan feta and parsley farle, garlic and summer pea champ, grilled hispi cabbage (V)
DESSERT
Lemon scented baked cheese and summer berry tartlet, mocha sorbet, butterscotch sauce
Booking
You must sign on for formal hall meals online at upay.co.uk. You will be issued a receipt for the booking you have made.
Booking in time
- Wednesday: sign on by 1.30pm the day before
- Sunday: sign on by 1.30pm on the Friday before
These timings are set and no late bookings will be taken.
The cost of your meal will be deducted immediately from your account. The system will not allow you to sign on for meals if you do not have enough cash on your card.
You will be able to sign up for all Formal Dinners in Hall up to one week in advance. Formal meals such as Boat Club or Rugby Club Dinner will also be available for booking on this screen.
Cancelling a booking
If you have signed on for a dinner which you will not be able to attend you must go to the Catering Services Manager who will cancel your booking and refund the booking fee. Please note that cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours before the dinner. No refunds will be given for late cancellations.
