Post

Post can be collected from the Porters’ Lodge. Items too big for your pigeonhole will be kept in the Lodge and a slip informing you of the parcel will be placed in your pigeonhole. We kindly ask that all students check their pigeonhole regularly and collect parcels promptly as space in the Porters’ Lodge is very limited.

Laundry facilities

  • Turl Street site: located in the basement of staircase 10. Operated using cash or your Bod card.
  • Cohen Quad site: located in the basement. Coin operated machines.
  • Exeter House site: Located in the basement of SKP House and at the back of Block Q. Both facilities are coin operated.

Lockers and storage facilities

Undergraduate students who live off the Turl Street site may be able to use the lockers located in the basement of staircase 6. Lockers are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. To enquire about lockers please email the Head Lodge Porter at lodge@exeter.ox.ac.uk.

Students whose main place of residence outside of term time is outside of England and Wales may apply for College storage space; priority is given to students whose main residence is outside the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Because space is limited students are asked to use the boxes provided by the College.

Meeting rooms

Meeting rooms of different sizes are available for group study and extracurricular activities across the Turl Street and Cohen Quad sites. To book a room please visit the Porters’ Lodge, call the Lodge on 01865 279600, or email the Lodge at lodge@exeter.ox.ac.uk.
