Leavers’ Lunch (by invitation only, bookings through Upay)

Dinner: One hall only (formal) at 7.30pm –Upay bookings only (1 guest max) – menu available to view here

Monday-Friday:

Breakfast: 8.30am-9.30am, Dining Hall

Snacks/coffee/lunch: 10.00am-2.00pm, Dakota Café

Lunch: 12pm-1.30pm, Dining Hall

Dinner: 6pm-6.45pm, Dining Hall

Friday 27th June:

Dinner: MCR End of Year formal (open for MCR members to book on Upay, menu available to view here)

Saturday 28th June:

Brunch: 11:00-12:30, Dining Hall

After Week 9

Student catering services cease until Michaelmas Term 2025 after Saturday 28th June. If you are staying in Oxford over the summer for academic reasons you are welcome to purchase lunch from the Dining Hall servery as part of the staff service, which is served at 12 noon. Please book by 10am on the day you would like to dine by emailing kitchen@exeter.ox.ac.uk and remember to note any dietary requirements you have. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate guests during this period. There will be no breakfast or dinner services available, or any catering at the Dakota Café.

Dietary and Allergen Requirements

At all service points our allergens are highlighted in line with regulation, and our staff are also fully aware of the allergens in each dish so if you are unsure please feel free to ask.

Upay

Upay is a secure cashless system which allows you the user to top up their Bod Card over the internet and book on for dinners and events at Exeter College. You may also top up your card with cash on site at the Porters’ Lodge (9.00am – 6.00pm). If you have any questions about Upay or problems with your Upay account, the Catering Services Manager and Catering Administrator are happy to advise.

Formal hall (second dinner)

To attend formal hall (second dinner) you need to sign up in advance and pre-pay using your Upay account.

Booking

You do not need to sign up in advance for breakfast, brunch, lunch or the first evening meal in the Dining Hall during term time. Bod Cards are presented at the point of sale and the cashless account is debited accordingly.
